Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GZ In/Ex Terior, a service of Mayan Investments, LLC (“GZ”, “we”), collects, uses and shares information through this website, our phone line (229) 489-6224, and our text messages. Leer en español.

What we collect

• When you book or message us: your name, mobile number, the address or town of the job, the kind of work, your notes, any photo you choose to add, your preferred language, and the day and time you pick.
• Your text consent: whether you checked the text consent box or agreed on a call, with the exact wording, the date and time, the page, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, so we can prove consent and honor opt-outs.
• When you call or text (229) 489-6224: your phone number, the recording and transcript of the call, and what you tell Primo, our AI receptionist.
• Technical data: our website host logs basic data such as IP address and browser type. Our booking system keeps only a hashed IP address for spam protection.

Why we use it

Only to schedule and do your estimate and job, contact you about it, send confirmations and reminders (if you agreed to texts), find the job location, prevent spam and abuse, keep basic business records, and meet legal duties. We do not use it for advertising.

Our AI receptionist and call recording

Calls and texts to (229) 489-6224 are answered first by Primo, an AI receptionist, not a person. Primo collects the details needed to book your estimate and passes them to Migo, the owner. You can ask for Migo or a person at any time, and Primo will connect you. Calls are recorded and transcribed by our phone and AI provider (Retell AI) so we can book your estimate correctly and check quality. Text messages

We only text you about your estimate or appointment if you check the separate consent box or agree on a call. Consent is not required to book. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our SMS Terms.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us run GZ, and only as needed for their part of the work:

• Website hosting and booking forms (Netlify)
• Phone, AI receptionist, call recording and transcripts (Retell AI and its phone carriers)
• Calendar and scheduling (Cal.com)
• Email, used to send Migo your booking details and photo (Google)
• Map lookup of the job address, to plan the visit (OpenStreetMap Nominatim)

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety or our rights. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or session recording. The site saves only your language choice (English or Spanish) in your browser so it remembers it next time. Our Instagram link is a plain link; Instagram does not load on our pages.

How long we keep it

• Booking details, notes and photos: up to 3 years after your last job or estimate, for warranty questions and business records.
• Call recordings and transcripts: up to 12 months.
• Text consent and opt-out records: 5 years.

After that, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, or to stop calling or texting you. Call or text (229) 489-6224, or ask Primo on a call. We'll reply within 45 days and may confirm your identity first, for example by texting the number we have on file. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and limited access, to protect your information. No system is 100% secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

This site is for adults arranging work on their property. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
