SMS / Texting Terms

What you'll receive

Texts about your estimate and appointment: confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and replies to your questions. Texts may be sent by Primo, our AI receptionist, or by Migo. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree. Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per estimate.

How you opt in

By checking the separate, unchecked text consent box on our booking or contact form, or by telling Primo on a call that it's OK to text you. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. You can book by phone without agreeing to texts.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out (QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE also work). You'll get one confirmation and no further texts. You can also tell Primo or Migo on a call. To start again, reply START.
