By using this website, booking an estimate, or calling or texting (229) 489-6224, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The site is operated by Mayan Investments, LLC, doing business as GZ In/Ex Terior. Leer en español.

Free estimates

Bookings made on this site or by phone are for estimates and consultations only, with no obligation. Estimates are free within 25 miles of Albany. Farther out there is an estimate charge, and Migo confirms the amount with you before he comes out. Nothing on this website is a price quote or an offer to do work.

Agreeing on a job

Any work, price, schedule and payment terms are agreed separately, in writing, after the estimate. If anything in that written agreement differs from this website, the written agreement controls.

What we do

The descriptions of our work on this site are general. Some jobs may need a permit or a specialist trade. If your job does, we'll tell you during the estimate, before any work is agreed.

Your appointment

To change or cancel an estimate, call or text (229) 489-6224 as early as you can. Please make sure someone 18 or older can let Migo see the work area, and tell us about pets, gates or anything else he should know.

Photos

Photos on this site show real GZ jobs and may be edited for brightness and cropping only. If you send us a photo, you confirm you have the right to share it, and we use it only to look at your job.

AI receptionist

Primo, our AI receptionist, answers calls and texts and can make mistakes. Anything important, like the date, the scope or the price of a job, is confirmed by Migo. Calls are recorded. Primo is not an emergency line. For emergencies, call 911.

Website use

Please don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam, false bookings or harmful files. We may block bookings that look automated or abusive.

Liability

The website is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Mayan Investments, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the website, and our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for an estimate. These terms do not limit any rights you have under a written job agreement or under Georgia law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If there's a problem, please call or text us first so we can try to fix it.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
