Primo is an AI receptionist

Calls and texts to (229) 489-6224 are answered first by Primo, an AI (artificial intelligence) receptionist, not a person. Primo will tell you it's an AI if you ask. Primo answers in English and Spanish, books free estimates on Migo's calendar, and takes messages.

Talk to a person any time

Say “Migo” or “a person” at any time and Primo will connect you to Migo, the owner. If Migo can't pick up, Primo takes a message and he calls you back.

Calls are recorded

Calls to (229) 489-6224 are recorded and transcribed so we can book your estimate correctly and check quality. Primo says this at the start of the call. If you don't want to be recorded, hang up and send us a text instead. Recordings are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI can make mistakes

Primo may mishear or misunderstand. Anything important, like the date, the scope or the price of a job, is confirmed by Migo.

Not for emergencies

Primo cannot send help. For emergencies, call 911.
